The hotel has a good location for walking to the city centre or using public transport. A tram stop is very close. there is easy access to shops. i got additional ticket at reception to reduce parking price.

the bathroom shower curtain looked quite old and dirty.

grocery shop friendly staff city center dated furniture run-down room slow lift

the location is superb and it's super close to grocery shops plus coffee shops. the staff are trained well and very friendly. i walked to the city center very easy. breakfast was good.

the room was quite basic and a bit run-down honestly. dated furniture needs replacing. the lift took forever, so i took the stairs.

The location provided easy access to the city center thanks to nearby tram stops. Cleanliness was a priority, and the rooms were cleaned daily. The room temperature was warm, a welcome contrast to the cold weather outside. I found the photos online accurately reflected the room.

The furniture showed some signs of wear.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel's location is near the train station, so it's very accessible to trams and other transportation. There is a station right outside. Many restaurants and grocery stores are also in the vicinity. The breakfast served was very good in a buffet style!

unfriendly staff average rooms

the hotel photos were quite deceiving. the reception staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. the rooms were average, i think the amount charged was too high. i wouldn't book this again.
